KYC Compliance Mandate

• Security holders holding securities in physical form must update: PAN, Contact Details (Postal Address with PIN and Mobile Number), Bank Account Details (Bank and Branch name, bank account number and IFS code), Specimen signature, and Choice of Nomination (opt-in or opt-out)
• PAN must be linked with Aadhaar to be considered valid
• Shareholders with incomplete KYC details (points a to d) will be ineligible for grievance redressal or electronic payments (including dividend, interest, or redemption) effective April 1, 2024 until compliance
