  • Reason for variation revised to 'Due to substantial repayment of Debt out of IPO proceeds'

5. Page 90 - Independent Auditors' Report - Consolidated Financial Statements

  • Correction of numbering in Annexure "A" - Points '(iii) to (vii)' were wrongly numbered as '(iv) to (viii)'.

6. Page 102 - Consolidated Financial Statements

  • Note No. 2, Sub-point (x) ('Operating Leases') numbering corrected from wrongly numbered '(ix)' to '(x)'.

7. Pages 119-120 - Consolidated Financial Statements

  • Correction of numbering of Notes '37 to 41', which were wrongly numbered as '36 to 40'.

8. Page 120 - Consolidated Financial Statements

  • Note No. 39(a) - Disclosure in respect of Investments revised to 'Nil' as the earlier reference was inadvertently stated.
