Trading Window Update
The trading window for dealing in the securities of Exxaro Tiles Limited will reopen after the expiration of forty-eight (48) hours from the announcement of the outcome of the Board Meeting held on 31st October 2026. The Board Meeting was convened to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026.
This reopening follows the previous closure of the trading window communicated via letter dated 28th September 2026. The action is taken pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
