KMP / Board Changes
The Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 30, 2026 approved changes to the Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) authorized under Regulation 30(5) of SEBI Listing Regulations to determine materiality of events and make disclosures to stock exchanges.
The following KMPs are authorized effective from June 1, 2026:
