Filatex Fashions has withdrawn its application to reclassify promoters from promoter to public category under SEBI LODR.
Promoters Mahavir Golechha and Shailaja Katar will remain as promoters after withdrawing their reclassification request.
The withdrawal was communicated to the stock exchanges via letters dated April 1, 2026.
