Fino Payments Bank ESG Rating Revised to 59

Fino Payments Bank Limited (the "Bank") has made a disclosure to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated July 11, 2023 (updated on January 30, 2026).

The disclosure informs that Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited has revised the Bank's ESG rating. The rating has been upgraded from 'Crisil ESG 54-Adequate' to 'Crisil ESG 59-Adequate'. This rating revision is effective as of October 22, 2026.
