NCLAT grants Deep Industries Ltd two more weeks to file its reply in an insolvency appeal filed by Flowstrong Drills Pvt Ltd.
Appellant Flowstrong Drills is given two weeks thereafter to file a rejoinder.
The appeal is scheduled for its next hearing on 25th May 2026.
