Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Conversion of M/s. Sharp & Tannan Associates, into a Limited Liability Partnership
Forbes Precision Tools and Machine Parts Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to the General Manager, Listing/Compliance Department of BSE Limited regarding a change in the status of its statutory auditors.
The Company's statutory auditors, M/s. Sharp & Tannan Associates, Chartered Accountants, informed the Company via email dated October 12, 2026, that the firm has been converted into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the provisions of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. The newly converted entity shall henceforth be known as Sharp & Tannan Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, with Firm Registration Number (FRN) 109983W/W101313.
The Company confirms that this conversion does not result in any change to the audit engagement. Sharp & Tannan Associates LLP will continue to function and discharge their obligations as Statutory Auditors for the remaining tenure of their appointment.
