Income tax demand of INR 20.82 lakhs raised under Section 143(1) Intimation has been deleted via Order u/s 154 dated March 26, 2026.
Following deletion of the demand, a refund of INR 41.11 lakhs has been determined with nil further financial penalty or claims.
