Fruition Venture Receives BSE Promoter Reclassification Approval

Fruition Venture Limited received BSE approval on 20th April 2026 for promoter reclassification to public category.
Three promoter entities - Nitin Jain, Nitin Jain HUF, and Sanhit Jain - with zero shareholding were reclassified.
The reclassification was executed under SEBI LODR Regulation 31A(10) with immediate effect from approval date.
No change in actual shareholding occurred as all reclassified promoters held zero shares in the company.
