Ganesha Ecosphere Announces SEBI Physical Share Transfer Window

Special Window Details

SEBI has opened a special window for a period of one year, from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027. This window allows shareholders to lodge or re-lodge transfer deeds of physical securities that were sold/purchased prior to April 1, 2019, but were either never lodged with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) or were previously lodged but rejected/returned/not attended due to deficiency in documents or process.

Submission Requirements

Requests will only be considered under this Special Window if they are accompanied by original share certificate(s) along with transfer deed(s) and all other supporting documents. Investors must submit these requisite documents to the Company or its RTA, Skyline Financial Services Private Limited.
