The meeting was originally scheduled to be held on Saturday, October 31, 2026, but has been postponed due to the health condition of the company's suspended Managing Director.
The rescheduled meeting will now be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.
The agenda for the meeting includes, inter-alia, approving the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
