The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Para A Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016.

Shares on which dividend has not been encashed or claimed for seven consecutive years or more must be transferred to IEPF. Shareholders have until 16th October, 2026 to claim unpaid dividends. After this date, unclaimed shares will be transferred to IEPF.
