Gautam Gems Limited has intimated the appointment of Mr. Dishant Jagad as the Internal Auditor of the Company. The Board of Directors approved this appointment at its meeting held on Saturday, September 5, 2026.
The appointment is for a term of two financial years: 2026-27 and 2027-28. The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and is in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder.
Mr. Dishant Daxeshbhai Jagad, who has been appointed as Internal Auditor, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. He possesses 7 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and other relevant laws and regulatory matters.
