Gconnect Logitech and Supply Chain Limited has submitted a clarification letter to BSE Limited in response to an observation regarding a corporate announcement filed on 16th September 2026.
The disclosure in question was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and pertained to the resignation of Directors of the Company.
The Company clarifies that it had initially uploaded the disclosure relating to the resignation within the prescribed timeline of 24 hours from the effective date of resignation. However, a technical issue prevented the download of the submission acknowledgement from the BSE Listing Centre.
This issue was subsequently noticed by the management. The matter was then placed before the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 16th September 2026. Following the board meeting, the requisite disclosure was duly re-uploaded on the BSE Listing Centre on the same day, 16th September 2026.
In further compliance with the exchange's observation, the Company has submitted a fresh corporate announcement with reference to the earlier announcement.
The Company confirms that there are no other material reasons for the resignation of the Independent Director beyond those explicitly stated in the resignation letter, in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
