Nature of Query and Company Clarification
On June 11, 2026, The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) sent an email to Geecee Ventures Limited seeking clarification regarding the financial results submitted by the Company. The query specifically concerned a discrepancy between the Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) figures in the XBRL filing and the signed PDF document that was submitted to the Exchange on May 16, 2026, for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The Company's clarification, signed by Ms. Darshana Jain, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Membership No. A73425), confirmed that the Consolidated PAT figure of ₹2356.91 lakhs as mentioned in the signed PDF is correct. The discrepancy in the XBRL filing was attributed to a clerical error in the tax calculation. The tax figure was incorrectly captured as ₹649.97 lakhs instead of the correct amount of ₹496.33 lakhs. This error resulted in an incorrect PAT being reflected in the initial XBRL submission.
Regulatory Compliance and Rectification
The communication was made pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company confirmed that the error has been rectified. A revised Integrated Filing (Finance) XBRL for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, has been duly updated and filed with the correct figures. A screenshot of the successful revised filing from the NSE's Electronic Application (NEAPS) portal was attached for the Exchange's reference.
