AGM Details

The 36th Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 10:30 AM at the company's registered office at No.14 Mangalam Village, Madhurantangan Taluk, Kancheepuram District, Kancheepuram - 603 107.

Meeting Proceedings

Mr. S. Gopal (DIN: 06448007), Director of the Company, chaired the meeting. The requisite quorum was present as required under the Companies Act, 2013. The meeting included introduction of directors and officials, acknowledgment of Secretarial Auditor, Scrutinizer, and Senior Management representatives.

Voting Arrangements

The company provided remote e-voting facility through Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) and also provided e-voting facility during the AGM for members who had not cast votes through remote e-voting. Lakshmi Subramanian & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, were appointed as Scrutinizer to oversee the voting process.
