GHCL ESOS Trust Settles Litigation for Equity

GHCL Limited intimates stock exchanges under SEBI LODR Regulation 30 about a settlement deed executed by its ESOS Trust.
The ESOS Trust receives 7,45,966 GHCL shares and 8,56,466 GHCL Textiles shares as part of the litigation resolution.
Upon receipt, the ESOS Trust will dispose of the shares and remit net proceeds to GHCL after taxes, with proper accounting.
