Ginni Filaments Wins FEMA Appeal, ₹10 Lakh Penalty Quashed

Regulatory Update

Ginni Filaments Limited provides an update to its previous disclosure dated March 15, 2025 made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding imposition of penalty of ₹10,00,000 by the Deputy Director, ED, FEMA, Lucknow Zonal Office.

Legal Outcome

The company received an order on July 02, 2026 from the Special Director (Appeals), FEMA, Kolkata, which allowed the appeal filed by the Noticee and set aside the adjudication order.

The Appellate Authority observed that the Noticee had made genuine efforts for realization of export proceeds and accordingly deleted the penalty imposed by the Adjudicating Authority.

Resolution Status

The matter relating to the penalty of ₹10,00,000 disclosed by the Company vide its letter dated March 15, 2025 now stands resolved.

This communication serves as an update to the aforesaid disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
