GKW Limited RTA Amalgamated with MUFG Intime

GKW Limited discloses its Registrar and Transfer Agent, CB Management Services, has been amalgamated with MUFG Intime India effective May 8, 2026.
MUFG Intime India Private Limited will now serve as the company's new Registrar and Transfer Agent.
The new investor service email is provided, while all other communication lines remain unchanged unless notified.
