Respondent agreed to deposit the full amount specified in a 21 Feb 2026 communication within five months, in equal installments.
First installment must be paid on or before 4 June 2026, with an undertaking to be filed within one week.
All pending applications, including stay of Suit No. 4631/2007, are also disposed of.
