Glen Industries Appoints Tosniwal as New Auditors

Glen Industries' statutory auditor S N Guha & Co resigned effective May 21, 2026, citing inability to continue.
The board appointed Tosniwal & Associates as new statutory auditors subject to shareholder approval at the next AGM.
The Audit Committee found no concerns raised by the outgoing auditor and endorsed the resignation reasons.
