The company received complete relief in income tax appeals for Assessment Years 2014-15, 2015-16, and 2016-17. The relief pertains to total additions aggregating ₹6,34,53,485 (₹6.34 crore).
The appeal for one remaining assessment period is ongoing. The company remains confident of successfully closing this remaining appeal.
This disclosure follows an earlier intimation made on 6th February 2023 regarding these tax matters. The company will continue to provide updates on the ongoing appeal in due course.
