ESG Rating Update

SES ESG Research Private Limited (SES), a SEBI registered ESG Rating Provider, assigned an Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) Score of 71.1 (Grade B+) to the Company based on data pertaining to FY26. This represents a marginal decline from the ESG Score of 71.8 (Grade B+) assigned for FY25. The rating decline is specifically attributed to lower scores in the Environment parameters.

Rating Methodology

The Company has not engaged SES for ESG Rating. SES independently prepared the report based on data pertaining to FY26 of the Company available in public domain, and the report was issued voluntarily by them.
