GMR Airports Limited submitted a regulatory disclosure regarding tariff matters involving its subsidiary, Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL).
DIAL had filed an appeal before the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) challenging the Tariff Order issued by the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India (AERA). This order determined the aeronautical tariff for Indira Gandhi International Airport for the Fourth Control Period, which spans from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2029.
The TDSAT has issued a judgment on this appeal, ruling in favor of DIAL on all issues presented. The judgment specifically includes a favorable ruling regarding the non-implementation of a previous TDSAT order.
According to the disclosure, AERA is required to implement this TDSAT judgment within three months from the date of the judgment, unless AERA itself chooses to appeal the decision.
The detailed order is available for reference at the TDSAT website: https://tdsat.gov.in/Delhi/services/judgment.php
The disclosure was signed by T. Venkat Ramana, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of GMR Airports Limited, on September 20, 2026.
