GNFC's Board approved the appointment of M/s. B S R and Co. as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term.
The appointment is effective from the conclusion of the 50th AGM until the 55th AGM, subject to shareholder approval.
The auditor is a large firm with over 6,400 staff and 400+ partners, auditing listed companies including in chemicals.
