Trading Window Closure

• The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors, Key Managerial Persons, Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives/dependents as prescribed in Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
• Closure period: From October 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026.
• The date of the board meeting for consideration of these financial results will be intimated in due course.

• This closure is implemented in terms of the Company's "Insider Trading Prohibition Code" under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
