Godawari Power EGM Approves MOA Amendment Logistics

Godawari Power and Ispat Limited held an EGM on 14th March 2026 via VC/OAVM to approve MOA amendment enabling logistics activities.
Special Resolution passed with 99.999% votes (451,140,965 votes) in favour to insert logistics and rail transport as a new object clause.
Amendment is linked to the company's plan to purchase wagons under GPWIS for its captive use and new Integrated Steel Plant.
Scrutinizer CS Brajesh R. Agrawal confirmed the resolution passed with requisite majority; zero invalid votes were recorded.
