IEPF Transfer Notice:
- The company has issued a notice to equity shareholders regarding the proposed transfer of unpaid/unclaimed dividends and underlying equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Account.
- The transfer is mandated under Section 124(5) and 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and related rules.
Specifics of Transfer:
- Unpaid/unclaimed dividends from August 2019 period that remain unclaimed for 7 years must be transferred to IEPF.
- Specifically for interim dividend paid in November 2019, the 7-year period concludes on December 12, 2026.
- Both unpaid dividends and the underlying shares will be transferred to IEPF Authority after this date.
Claim Process from Company:
- Shareholders must lodge claims by November 15, 2026, with the R&T Agent MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited).

- Required documents include KYC details as per SEBI circulars.
KYC Requirements:
- Mandatory details include: PAN (must be linked to Aadhaar), contact details (address, mobile, email), specimen signature, bank account details (bank name, branch, account number, MICR, IFSC), and nomination details.
- From April 1, 2024, dividends are paid only through electronic mode upon furnishing complete KYC.
- Non-updated folios cannot lodge grievances or avail service requests from RTA.
- Specific forms required: ISR-1 for PAN, address, email, mobile, bank details; ISR-1/ISR-2 for specimen signature; SH-13/ISR-3 for nomination details.
Special Cases:
- Shareholders with nil shares but unclaimed dividends must submit claim with indemnity letter and cancelled cheque/passbook.
- For claims exceeding ₹10,000, indemnity must be on non-judicial stamp paper; for claims up to ₹10,000, on plain paper.
- Both cases require witness signature.
Claim Process from IEPF:
- After transfer to IEPF, shareholders can claim both dividends and shares by submitting online E-Form IEPF-5.
- Physical copy of the form must be sent to company's registered office or RTA for verification.
- Company will send verification report to IEPF for refund/transfer.
