Exclusivity Agreement Update:
- The company provides an update regarding its Exclusivity Agreement with Incubit DMCC, following previous disclosures made on August 19, 2026 and August 26, 2026
- Entity name clarification: The name "Incubit DMCC" in previous disclosures should be read as "Incubit Management Consultants DMCC (Incubit DMCC)" as the full and correct entity name
Terms Amendment:
- Pursuant to Board Members' recommendation, the Exclusivity Agreement terms have been amended
- The amount of USD 100,000 previously referred to as "Exclusivity Fee" shall henceforth be referred to as "Exclusivity Deposit"
- Refund provision: If the proposed transaction is not consummated according to the Agreement terms, the entire Deposit shall be refunded by Incubit DMCC to the Company within the stipulated period
Status Confirmation:
- Save and except for the aforesaid clarification/update, there is no change in the disclosures, terms or status of the proposed transaction as previously communicated to the Stock Exchanges
