Grindwell Norton Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The disclosure serves as a reminder to identified shareholders holding shares in physical form to update their KYC details with the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), and to dematerialize their shareholding.

The reminder is issued in accordance with SEBI Master Circular reference no. HO/38/13/(4)2026 MIRSDPOD/I/4298/2026 dated February 06, 2026 and SEBI Circular reference no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2024/81 dated June 10, 2024. These circulars mandate all listed companies to record PAN, address with PIN code, mobile number, bank account details, and specimen signature for holders of physical securities. Email ID and nomination registration are optional but recommended.

Key Requirements:

  • From April 1, 2024, dividends/interest will be paid only through electronic mode if KYC details (PAN, contact details, mobile number, bank account details, specimen signature) are not updated
  • If updated after April 1, 2024, shareholders will receive all dividends/interest declared during the period from April 1, 2024 until date of updation, pertaining to securities held after such updation

Submission Methods:

Shareholders must submit KYC Form and Form ISR-1 duly signed along with required supporting documents through one of the following modes:

1. In Person Verification (IPV): Registered shareholder must visit RTA office with original documents

2. Hard Copy: Submit self-attested photocopies of relevant documents

3. With e-sign:

  • Upload scanned copies with e-sign to email kyc1@in.mpms.mufg.com with subject "KYC Updation – (Company Name) Folio No : ________"
  • Upload on website https://web.in.mpms.mufg.com/KYC/index.html using Serial No. printed on KYC Form
