Grovy India reappointed Mr. Saroj Kumar Mishra as Internal Auditor effective 30 April 2026 for FY 2026-27.
The reappointment was approved by the Board based on the Audit Committee's recommendation.
Mr. Mishra holds a B.Com degree and has 20 years of experience in accounts and audit.
