GSFC notifies shareholders of impending transfer of unclaimed dividends from FY 2018-19 to 2024-25 to IEPF Authority.
Company warns that corresponding equity shares will also be transferred to IEPF Demat account if dividends remain unclaimed by 31st August 2026.
Dispatch of notification letters to affected shareholders was completed via Speed Post on 20th May 2026 through registrar MUFG Intime India.
