GSP Crop Science PIT Code Regulatory Submission

GSP Crop Science Limited submitted its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under Regulation 8(2) of SEBI PIT Regulations, 2015.
The Code governs trading by designated persons, including Directors, KMPs, Promoters, and employees at General Manager level and above.
Pre-clearance is mandatory for trades exceeding INR 10 lakhs per calendar quarter; contra-trade restriction applies for 6 months post-transaction.
The Board approved the Code on December 6, 2024; Kamleshbhai D Patel (FCS 8018) is the designated Compliance Officer.
