GSP Crop Science Limited filed its Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of UPSI with BSE and NSE under Regulation 8(2) of SEBI PIT Regulations, 2015.
The 29-page Code covers insider trading prevention, trading window closure, pre-clearance requirements, Chinese Wall policy, and reporting obligations for Designated Persons.
The Code was approved by the Board of Directors on 6th December 2024 and is available on the company's website at www.gspcrop.in.
