Appointment of Statutory Auditors

  • The Comptroller & Auditor General of India (CAG) has appointed M/s. Dhirubhai Shah & Co. LLP (Firm Registration Number WR0141), Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of Gujarat Energy Limited for the Financial Year 2026-27.
  • The appointment is made under the powers conferred by Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, via CAG letter No./CA. V/ COY/GUJARAT, GSPCDN(0)/1860 dated 10th September, 2026.
  • The appointed statutory auditors of the holding company will also serve as the auditors for the Consolidated Financial Statements, as per Section 139 read with Section 129(4) of the Companies Act, 2013.
  • The supplementary or test audit for the company under Sections 143(6) and (7) of the Companies Act, 2013, is entrusted to the Principal Accountant General (Audit-II), Gujarat, located at Gujarat Audit Bhavan, Nr Commerce 6 Road, Navrungpura P.O., Ahmedabad-380009.
