Pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated 2nd July, 2025 read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, the company has published an advertisement in newspapers on 25th August, 2026 informing shareholders about the opening of another special window for transfer and dematerialisation ("demat") of physical securities.

The special window applies to physical securities which were sold/purchased prior to 1st April, 2019 and will remain open for a period of one year from 5th February, 2026 to 4th February, 2027.

Key conditions of the special window:

  • Securities transferred under this window will be mandatorily credited to the transferee only in demat mode
  • Such securities shall be under lock-in for a period of one year from the date of registration of transfer
  • During the lock-in period, these securities cannot be transferred, lien-marked, or pledged
  • Cases involving disputes between transferor and transferee will not be considered in this window and may be settled through court/NCLT process
  • Securities which have been transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) shall not be considered under this window for processing
