Supreme Court dismissed the Special Leave Petition filed by Gurdaspur Central Cooperative Bank Ltd and others challenging the High Court order.
The petition arose from Raj Kumar’s civil suit for gratuity, leave encashment and terminal benefits, which the bank tried to reject.
The Additional Civil Judge rejected the bank’s petition on 04‑12‑2025, a decision upheld by the Punjab & Haryana High Court on 28‑01‑2026.
Supreme Court found no grounds to interfere and ordered dismissal, with any pending applications to be disposed of.
