Origin: Petition arises from the impugned final judgment and order dated 24-06-2024 in CWP No. 317/2024 passed by the High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital.
Petition Details: Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 16925 of 2024 sought exemption from filing copies of the impugned judgment (IA No.168566/2024), exemption from filing other documents (IA No.168567/2024), and permission to file additional documents/facts/annexures (IA Nos.168569/2024, 174280/2024, 104731/2025).
Procedural Note: Learned Secretary, DLSA, Haridwar, appeared through virtual conferencing.
Settlement: A settlement format dated 23.07.2026 was executed, wherein Gurukul Kangri paid the entire amount due to the petitioner, satisfying the claim to the petitioner’s satisfaction.

The petitioner, through counsel, withdrew the petition in view of the settlement.
Special Leave Petition No. 16925 of 2024 was dismissed as withdrawn.
