Key Campaign Details

The company has launched the Second 100 Days Campaign titled "Saksham Niveshak" from April 1, 2026, to July 9, 2026. This initiative is pursuant to communications from the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA) and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) dated March 27, 2026, and SEBI circulars dated November 3, 2021 (subsequently amended on December 14, 2021; March 16, 2023; and November 17, 2023) read with SEBI Master Circulars dated May 7, 2024, and June 10, 2024.

The campaign aims to facilitate shareholders in updating their KYC details, including bank account mandates, nominee registration, and contact information (email, mobile number, address). It also enables shareholders to claim their unpaid/unclaimed dividends to prevent transfer to the IEPFA.

Impact on Shareholders

Shareholders who have not registered or updated their valid bank account details with the company or their Depository Participant(s) will not be able to receive dividend payments until such details are duly registered or updated.

Required Actions for Shareholders

Shareholders are requested to:

  • Ensure that bank account details are correctly registered/updated with the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) to enable electronic credit of dividends.
  • Update their email address and contact number for timely receipt of dividend intimations and other communications.
  • Shareholders holding shares in physical mode are advised to convert their shares to demat mode at the earliest opportunity for market liquidity benefits.

Forms and Submission Process

Shareholders who have not claimed their dividend or completed KYC updation are requested to furnish information/documents to the company's RTA, M/s.   • Form ISR-1: For registering PAN, KYC details, or changes/updation thereof
  • Form ISR-2: For confirmation of signature of securities holder by the banker
  • Form SH-13: For registration of nomination (Nomination Form)
  • Form ISR-3: Declaration Form for Opting-out of Nomination
  • Form SH-14: For cancellation or variation of nomination
