Nature of the Disclosure

2. The movement in the price of the company's equity shares.
Company's Clarification on the News Item
Following an internal verification, the company provides the following clarifications:
- It explicitly denies that any raid, search, survey, investigation, or similar action was conducted by the Enforcement Directorate on Tuesday, June 09, 2026.
- It states that no such action occurred at any premises belonging to the company or its promoters.
- The company asserts it is not aware of any negotiations, discussions, arrangements, transactions, events, or developments related to the subject matter of the news article.
Regulatory Compliance Statement
The company states that there is no information pertaining to the news article that requires disclosure under the Listing Regulations. Consequently, it indicates that providing a chronology of events or reasons for non-disclosure is not applicable. The company reaffirms its commitment to complying with Regulation 30, stating it has been disclosing all material events and information that have a bearing on its operation/performance and price behaviour of its scrip.
