Regulatory Action

Company made application to ROC vide e-Form GNL-1 seeking extension of time for convening AGM. ROC Delhi granted approval vide letter dated September 14, 2026, allowing extension of three (3) months for convening and holding AGM for FY ended March 31, 2026.

Future Actions

Company will convene AGM for FY ended March 31, 2026 within the extended period granted by ROC. The date of AGM will be intimated to Stock Exchange upon approval of Board of Directors.
