Hari Govind International EGM Approves Name Change

Hari Govind International held an EGM on April 14, 2026, approving a special resolution to change its name to Popees Baby Care India Limited.
The meeting passed resolutions to regularize appointments of Shaju Thomas as Managing Director and Linta P Jose as Director.
Shareholders approved special resolutions to increase borrowing limits to ₹100 crores and grant loans/guarantees under Sections 186 and 185.
The company adopted a new set of Articles of Association and authorized creation of security/charge on its undertaking.
