Harish Textile Engineers Appoints New Secretarial Auditor

The Board of Directors in their meeting held on Friday, 04th September, 2026 approved the resignation of M/s. D N Vora & Associates as Secretarial Auditor of the Company.
The Board appointed CS Khushal Bherulal Bajaj, Practicing Company Secretary, as the new Secretarial Auditor for a period of five consecutive financial years from FY 2026-2027 to FY 2030-2031.
The remuneration for the new auditor was fixed, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
