The Company received two communications/letters dated June 30, 2026 from Harish Enterprise Private Limited, the licensor of one of the Company's factory premises situated at 103, Raikhadi, Umbergaon, District Valsad, Gujarat. Content of Communications
The licensor stated that the Leave and License Agreements have expired by efflux of time on June 30, 2026. The licensor has called upon the Company to vacate and hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the respective licensed premises within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the communications (by July 16, 2026).
The communications further state that in the event of failure to hand over possession within the stipulated period, the licensor shall be entitled to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
