The company received an email communication from BSE Limited on 02 June, 2026 seeking additional details regarding the timeline of disclosure. In response, the company clarifies that:
- The initial communication from the Mediation Centre, Mumbai District Legal Services Authority, City Civil & Sessions Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai was received by the Company on Saturday, 30 May, 2026 during late evening.
- The subsequent day (31 May, 2026) being Sunday was a non-working day.
- The communication came to the attention of concerned officials on the next working day, 01 June, 2026.
- After review and assessment of disclosure requirements, the Company submitted the disclosure to the Stock Exchange on the same day (01 June, 2026).
The company regrets any inadvertent delay in dissemination, stating it was neither intentional nor due to negligence, but occurred solely because the communication was received during late evening hours immediately preceding a non-working day.
