KMP / Board Changes
The Board of Directors has authorized the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company to determine the materiality of events or information and make necessary disclosures to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
The authorized KMPs are:
- Mr. Harish Narshi Dharamshi - Chairman and Managing Director
- Mr. Miheer Sadanand Ghotikar - Whole Time Director
- Mr. Hitesh Devji Dedhia - Chief Financial Officer
- Mr. Sundaram Balasubramanian Iyer - Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
All KMPs are based at the corporate headquarters: HD Fire Protect Limited, Plot No. D-6/2, Road No. 34, Wagle Estate, Thane West, Maharashtra – 400604.
