Supreme Court adjourns HDFC Bank's Civil Appeal No.4211/2010 to 29th April 2026 for further hearing.
The adjournment was granted due to a difficulty expressed by the appellant's senior counsel, Mr. Gopal Jain.
The appeal will be heard immediately after fresh matters on the scheduled date.
