- Duration: One year period from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027
- Purpose: Facilitate transfer and dematerialization of physical securities that were sold/purchased prior to April 01, 2019
- Eligibility: Also available for transfer requests previously submitted that were rejected/returned/not attended to due to deficiency in documents/process/or otherwise
Transfer Conditions:
- Securities transferred shall be mandatorily credited to the transferee only in demat mode
- Transferred securities will be under lock-in for a period of one year from the date of registration of transfer
- During the lock-in period, such securities shall not be transferred/lien-marked/pledged
