Hester Biosciences board approved submitting an application to stock exchanges for re-classification of Mr. Ravin Gandhi and Ms. Bela Gandhi from promoters to public shareholders.
The approval is subject to receiving a No Objection Certificate from NSE and BSE under SEBI LODR Regulation 31A requirements.
The board noted that the Gandhis confirmed compliance with all conditions specified under Regulation 31A(3)(b) of SEBI Listing Regulations.
